It was a big weekend for the Rosenboom Racing Family this past week. Friday night found Jody racing in his hometown for the 410 special at Rapid Speedway. Jody took off from the pack to win the heat race and move into the redraw for the feature which showed for him to start outside row 2. Ten laps into the event Jody made his way to the front to lead before coming home in 2nd for the night. Sunday night Jody was back at Husets and started things off right by qualifying 2nd quick. Jody went on to win his heat race and started 5th in the A feature. Jody made his way into the top 3 right away before the track and tires wore out and came in with a 3rd place finish. The weekend was culminated with Jody's dad Randy being inducted into the Husets Speedway Hall of Fame. The whole family and a bunch of friends were on hand for the ceremony which made for a great night. Next stop for Jody is a 10 day trip to the Knoxville Nationals with the 360 Nationals starting this week before the 410 Nationals next week.
