Lee Grosz made all the right moves in traffic to put the Hi-10 Sports Center #4J in victory lane Friday night at Rapid Speedway.
Grosz made the pass for the lead on Dusty Ballenger on lap 16 of the 25 lap event. From there, Grosz would go unchallenged to his sixth career win with the Property Solutions of America Midwest Sprint Touring Series.
Ballenger’s moto would go sour and he’d limp to a third place finish behind Matt Juhl to claimed Autoland Hard Charger honors. Dylan Peterson and Eric Lutz completed the top five.
The race was red flagged on lap four when early leader, Jody Rosenboom, made contact with Dylan Opdahl. The Todd’s Beer Cave #14 would go to the infield ending the team’s hopes for a victory.
MSTS is back at Rapid Speedway on May 18. Up next, MSTS sprints invade Wagner Speedway (May 5).
