Thomas Kennedy took the trophy from Saturday’s event at Jackson Motorplex. It was the Winnipeg driver’s second win of the season with MSTS.
The A Plus Towing & Repair Hard Luck Award was given to Jason Martin. The driver of the Bybee Electric #36 tangled with another car on the opening lap and flipped in turn three. Martin was unharmed but the car was sidelined for the duration of the feature.
Fresh from the Off Road Speedway victory, Jody Rosenboom found himself in the B-main at Jackson. However, that wouldn’t keep him from a top ten finish. Rosenboom started 19th and finished 9th to earn the Autoland Hard Charger Award.
Finally, Underberg Lawn Service offered a bonus for a random finisher. That went to Brant O’Banion who was 10th at the checkered after starting 20th.
Up next for the Property Solutions of America MSTS is a co-sanctioned weekend with the Carpetland Nebraska 360 Sprint Series presented by Malvern Bank at the Fort Randall Casino Double Down Showdown at Wagner Speedway. The event is Friday and Saturday with two complete shows.
